Measurements from Seca wireless scales and height measures can be transmitted directly to the Seca 466 thermal printer for immediate printing onto either paper roll or label. Labels are automatically separated with a built in cutter. In combination with Seca wireless scales and height measures they also handle the automatic interpretation and analysis of results in that they present diagrams of a BMI or a child’s rate of growth for example, and compare the findings to standard ranges. The required reference values which are on a separate memory card can be configured easily with the Seca print designer software. The Seca print designer software also allows you to choose which language should be used for data appearing on the print-out. Print options include height, weight, BMI, Body Fat Rate, resting metabolic rate, total energy consumption, children’s percentiles and your hospital/practice logo.
