TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE Ref: 07082007 By ordering products from us you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions of sale. Orders Details of the amount, type and price of products ordered by you are set out in the order form which you submit to us via this website. Successful orders will be confirmed by email giving a Transaction Reference Number. A contract for the supply of goods is formed when we have acknowledged your order in this way. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, we will email you to advise why. Bulk Orders We welcome bulk order enquiries from corporate buyers and the public sector. Please contact us if you require Account facilities or further information. Delivery Your order will be sent to the Delivery Address given on the order form. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery although where stocks permit, we will send goods sooner. Goods will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery or by courier. Please note that a signature will be needed when the goods arrive at the delivery address. In the event that the courier cannot deliver, a card will be left advising you how to proceed. We do not deliver outside the UK mainland, to PO Boxes, mail drop boxes or forwarding addresses. When You Receive Your Goods Once the goods are signed for, they become your responsibility so please check that your order is complete straight away. Please keep the original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please us advise immediately by email quoting your Transaction Reference Number. We will email you and confirm how to proceed. Cancelling Your Order You can cancel your order within 7 working days (starting on the day after you receive the goods). You must send us notice of cancellation by email, fax or letter within the seven day period. We do not accept cancellation by telephone. If we confirm cancellation of your order, you must return the goods to us within a reasonable time. If you cancel the contract you must return the goods to us at your own cost within 14 days of delivery. If you do not return them to us, we will take all necessary steps to recover the goods from you and charge you for the cost of recovery. Please note that there is no right of cancellation where we provide customised goods to the customer's specification. Returns If for any reason you are returning goods, please contact us for a Returns Number. When we issue a Returns Number we will advise you how to proceed. Returned goods will not be accepted without a valid Returns Number. Returned goods must be unused, in resaleable condition and in the original packaging. For your own protection, please use a Royal Mail or courier service that provides proof of delivery and insurance to cover loss or damage in transit. If you cancel the contract you must return the goods to us at your own cost within 14 days of delivery. If you do not return them to us, we will take all necessary steps to recover the goods from you and charge you for the cost of recovery. Payment & Refunds Payments must be made by credit/debit card. Refunds will be made to the same card as payment. Tax and Delivery Charges Prices shown on our website are exclusive of delivery and VAT which will be added at the checkout. Guarantees Proweight provides a one year Return To Base warranty. Please contact us for technical support. Customer Security & Privacy We will only collect information required to enable us to fulfil your orders. Credit card details are not handled or stored by our website as all payments are dealt with via Protx, a well-known and trusted third party e-commerce payment provider. We do not pass on any customer details to any third parties. Complaints Proweight Limited is committed to continual improvement and we welcome any feedback that will enable us to improve the level of service that we provide. If you have been happy with our service please tell others - if not, please tell us and we will endeavour to rectify any problems you may have as soon as we can. Statutory Rights These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. This website is subject to the law of England and Wales and any disputes will be dealt with by the Courts of England & Wales. Proweight Limited will not accept liability for any delays or failure in performance under these Terms & Conditions resulting from acts beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, war or national emergency, terrorist activity, accident or fire. It is your responsibility to check that any equipment purchased from this site is legal for the use you intend. In the interests of continual improvement, we may update the contents of the website including these terms of business without notice.
